Make Your Own Memorabilia Orders

We highly recommend shipping your item using UPS/FedEx with a Tracking
Number when sending memorabilia to our office.  Any lost or stolen items during shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Please follow the steps below for the item you would like autographed:

1. Print a copy of your Order Confirmation and include your name, email, phone number, and order number with the item.
2. Ship your item using a trackable shipping carrier such as UPS or FedEx.
3. We highly recommend you purchase insurance coverage from the carrier (if valued over $100) when sending to our office, as any lost or damaged items during shipping is the customer's responsibility.
4. Please include a copied image of the item you are sending in and write on it
   exactly how you would like it signed. This will be used as an example for
   Kareem to follow. If you don’t provide this with your shipment, it may delay
   order fulfillment.
5. ***Your package must be correctly addressed to be received***
